About Me

Counselling changed my life and inspired me to become a counsellor. I chose to become a Person-centred counsellor as it is a gentle way of helping people explore their feelings without judgement.

I offer a warm and confidential environment where people can explore their feelings safely and without judgement. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, bereavement, self-harm, sexual abuse, self-esteem, body issues plus, relationship and family issues.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

Person Centred Counselling is a gentle, collaborative, and non-directive therapy. It helps you explore painful issues on your own terms and in your own time.

The process of counselling can be much like a roller coaster with highs and lows along the journey. It is my desire to offer the support you need through this and to help you achieve the changes you want to make.
